The placing of an order to open a QuickTellpro account is deemed as acceptance of the terms of service as stated herein. Should you have any questions please contact our support division prior to placing your order. If you do not agree with any of the following terms you should not place an order.

QuickTellpro operate a zero Spam tolerance policy.

We consider spam any mass or single mailing of an unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have Spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, terminate your account.

Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.

As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund. You will also lose all rights to any commissions earned if we are notified of such practice.

In addition, we will impose a $200 penalty for each spam policy violation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel our services to known Spammers.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED AS SPAM?

There are many acceptable ways to promote your opportunities, the above examples are unacceptable and would result in you losing your account with us.

If you are at all uncertain as to whether your proposed method of advertising would contravene our Spam regulations, please check with our office before going any further.

Our rules may seem harsh but are non-negotiable. Spam causes immeasurable financial damage to all our members which is why we must do everything possible to prevent it.

IMPORT OF PURCHASED LEADS

QuickTellpro’s service allows lead imports up to a maximum of 10,000 email addresses per day (this is also limited by the size of the package you have purchased from us). Although we allow list imports at no extra cost, you may not import another list until your first one has completed import and been delivered, with little or no Spam complaints.

The following lead suppliers are approved for use with our system:

Approved suppliers are able to supply the required proof of opt-in in the event of a Spam complaint against you. Our approval is not a guarantee of the quality or responsiveness of any listed supplier’s leads.

To import leads from other suppliers you are recommended to first get the supplier approved. To do this we require written confirmation from the supplier that in the event of a complaint received against you they will be able to supply the following details within a maximum delay of 24 hours:

You may import lists from most lead suppliers provided they are not harvested or bulk mail leads. Prior to sending mail to imported leads a double opt-in verification is required to avoid bogus submissions from malicious 3rd parties. This verification is built into the QuickTellPro system and runs automatically.

Should any list produce a bounced mail rate of 50% or higher, we will stop the import and request a copy of the list imported. This will then be matched against the database. If the list comes from a bulk mail supplier your account will be closed immediately. If you generate 5 or more complaints in a single month your account will be terminated because our duty is to deliver our clients mails and to do that means staying off the blacklists.

If you have already received an email verification from every person on your list authorizing you to send them mail you should contact us via your Personal Support Area. We will then ask you a few questions and if we are satisfied that your list complies with the closed loop protocol (double opt-in) we will enable your responder to send its message sequence without requesting further authorization.

If you are a company and wish to import your customer database, being comprised solely of people you already have a business relationship with, you should contact us via your Personal Support Area to have the Existing List option enabled. No further authorization will be required of your customers.

REPORTING ABUSE

In the event that you have received an unsolicited mail (not an automated follow-up to a previous information request) that appears to emanate from a QuickTellpro address, please send a copy of the message received including full mail headers to abuse@QuickTellPro.com so that we can investigate your complaint and take the necessary action. All complaints are fully investigated and you will be kept updated. We do not keep a mailing list, all clients are responsible for their own lists so do NOT send a mail asking to be removed from our list.

In the event that your complaint is found to be unwarranted because you purchased a product/service from our client, opted-in to a lead supplier’s list, a client’s newsletter and/or mailing list, we will take no action against our client. If our client suffers any loss of business on account of an unwarranted Spam complaint he will be advised to issue proceedings for recovery of any loss incurred.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Customers shall at all times provide QuickTellpro with accurate information. This includes using your real name/company name and email address in your autoresponders. Forged addresses will not be tolerated.

Customers shall not use the QuickTellpro service to transmit any threatening, harassing, libelous or obscene material, or material of any nature which could be deemed to be offensive.

Customers shall not use the QuickTellpro service in a manner which violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or which fails to comply with accepted Internet protocol. If your messages and/or method of marketing do not comply with all laws pertaining to the sending of commercial email you are wholly responsible and may face prosecution from the relevant authorities.

Customers shall not allow unauthorized access to QuickTellpro services, share accounts, nor provide responders to 3rd parties.

Customers shall not resell, rent, lease, grant a security interest in, offer as an incentive, or make commercial use of QuickTellpro’s services without the express written authorization of QuickTellpro’s management.

Customers using QuickTellpro’s services must sign up in the name of the individual responsible for the account, not a company name. Company names may be used in the ‘From’ field of your responders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their service is paid for on time. A declined credit card will be met with account suspension until payment has been confirmed as received. QuickTellpro will not be held responsible for any loss of business caused by such suspension.

Customers must notify QuickTellpro in the event of changes to your physical or Email address.

All eMails sent from our FREE, Discount or Trial accounts will automatically include a QuickTellpro logo or text affiliate link. With a paid account the member will have the ability to disable this feature.

In each case the members QuickTellpro affiliate link will be live and could result in an extra recurring income stream for the member.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

QuickTellpro’s warranty is limited to refund of the full purchase price paid during your first 30 days if you were unable to use the service. If you have used the service by importing leads or sending mails no refund will be entertained.

In the event that you choose to request a refund all downlines created will automatically compress up to your sponsor and any commissions accumulated will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of Internet technology and the reliance on 3rd party hardware we cannot provide any indemnity in respect of downtime or loss resulting from defects in the system. The QuickTellpro system features full automatic backup and restore options in your control panel. While we use hard drive backups you are recommended to make regular use of the backup options provided as hardware solutions are not 100% fail proof.

QuickTellpro are committed to constant improvement. Features included in our system are subject to modification as considered necessary for the benefit of all clients.

It should be understood that we will provide top quality support and investigate any problems that may occur as fast as is humanly possible in order to bring the issue to a fast conclusion. No other warranty is given as a part of this contract. By proceeding to place an order with QuickTellpro it is deemed that you have agreed to the conditions as laid down herein.

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS

Although you are under no obligation to make referrals, participation in QuickTellpro’s referral program is automatic meaning that you may benefit from any accounts opened as a result of your recommendation.

QuickTellpro’s compensation plan is designed to complement its dynamic service. It is not to be the reason for purchasing an account and may not be used to orchestrate a money game. As such, you are required to read and abide by the following conditions:

No client may have more than one account. As you have unlimited responders there is absolutely no need for a second account (unless the second account is for a different company requiring separate billing). The compensation plan has been set up to ensure there is no benefit to be had from owning multiple positions.

Every time you login to your account our system registers your visit. If you have not logged in within a period of two calendar months or if no mail is sent from your account within any calendar month your account will be closed. If you are unable to use your account due to unexpected reasons you should advise us so that you do not lose your downline or commissions owed.

You may refer as many people as you wish as long as your method of promotion is primarily product oriented.

You may not make any income claims or guarantees. If you cite your own income you must make it clear that each individual’s revenue will be dependent on his own efforts as well as the activity of his downline.

In the event that you fail to pay your account on time you will have until the end of the calendar month to rectify the situation although your service will be suspended until your account is paid. QuickTellpro will not be held responsible for any loss of business caused by such suspension. When your card is declined we notify you by email and by way of an alert when you login to your control panel. If you fail to respond to the message your account will be terminated within 15 days. Should you enter the new month without having paid your previous month you will be compressed out and lose all commissions due. If you pay the following month you will regain your downline but not your forfeited commissions. If your account remains unpaid for a period of 30 days it will be terminated.

Payments are made on the 15th of the month and refer to all sales made in the preceding month. Due to high bank charges incurred when making payments you must achieve a minimum balance of $100 before we can issue payment.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation process is automated and a link for this purpose is provided in your control panel, under Upgrade.

Due to our commission structure, we cannot provide refunds for unused time. Therefore it is your responsibility to cancel your account before payment becomes due. If you cancel just after your account has been debited you will not be credited.

CHARGEBACKS

When you place an order with QuickTellpro, your IP address is recorded. This is stored together with your original order and payment receipt.

All orders go through ‘WorldPay’ or ‘PayPal’, 3rd party payment processors, however they will bill all cards in the name of ‘WorldPay’ or ‘PayPal’. This information is also supplied in your membership confirmation. There is no excuse for not recognizing the name on your card statement and then issuing a chargeback against us.

Legal action is taken against all chargeback offenders, so in the event of a query you are advised to contact our accounts department before asking your bank to chargeback.

PENALTIES

QuickTellpro’s management retains the right to terminate all services provided to a QuickTellpro customer if it is determined that the customer has failed to comply with any of the terms of service contained in this User Policy.

DATABASE SECURITY

While every effort is made to provide our customers with a secure environment QuickTellpro cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of data due to illegal actions, such as hacking.

Our servers are backed up regularly but members are also responsible for backing up their own responders and storing that information in a safe place.
